Pedro Flores Organic Bolivian coffee is a supreme medium- dark roast.
Tasting notes: Sweet balanced and creamy, with orange acidity, caramel sweetness, and notes of honeydew melon, milk chocolate and cane sugar.
This coffee was produced by Pedro Flores in the 'colony' or settlement of Villa Rosario, which is located in the heart of the Caranavi provinance. This region is the epicentre for coffee production in Bolivia, with incredibly high altitudes, rich soil and wide daily temperature ranges providing the perfect conditions to produce exceptional quality coffee.
