A traditional bush tea i.e. Daintree with Eucalyptus leaves! The tale goes that a swaggie was brewing some tea in his Billy when some gum leaves fell in to the simmering pot. He liked it so much he told all his friends, and we can all still enjoy this highly distinctive blend today.
