The huge sales of this tea continues to astound us, but it has to be because it ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of people. It is low in caffeine and low in tannin, and (some research shows) has more anti-oxidants than other tea processes.

The key here is how delicate and easy to drink this tea is. If you struggle a bit with green tea then maybe white tea is a better proposition.
