ORGANIC BOLIVIAN 

Grown by Mauricio Mamani Camecho and his wife Lorenzo Mamani Huanca on their small family run farm in Uchumachi.

In the cup: Full bodied and creamy, with a hint of caramel sweetness, and notes of red fruits, vanilla and cinnamon.

Mauricio and Lorenzo have eight hectares dedicated to coffee. The rest of the farm is planted out with citrus trees. The coffee grows at high altitude (500-1700m) in the shade of native trees and is fully organic. They have worked in coffee for more than 15 years.

Mauricio and Lorenza work closely with the extended Mamani family who neighbour their property. Together the family share a small nursery and wet mill. Living so close to each other allows them support each other during the harvest, and share best practice.
