Our feature coffee of Spring 2021 is Prodigal's 'Peru Chirinos'.

This single origin coffee surprised us, as we haven't brought in Peruvian coffee in years. With a flavour profile of vanilla, hazelnut and peach, it drinks wonderfully black or with milk. It is also particularly lovely paired with alternative milk, with our morning coffee consisting of oat milk and working so well with the Peruvian. 

Prodigal Coffee Roasters is our newest roaster, established in 2019, and their coffees walk off our shelves week after week. Based in Somerville, we get deliveries weekly so that we can provide the fresh stuff. Besides the Peruvian, other sell out coffees from Prodigal are the Colombian Finca Buena Vista and their seasonal blends, such as the Spring blend at the moment.
